From the start Amy made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It was our first investment property purchase and it was reassuring that she knew the Ocean City area very well. We were from out of town needed to lean on someone that had the pulse of the OC area, and Amy certainly did.
Amy went out of her way to accomodate us. She visited many different condos and Face-timed us the tour. This allowed us to see various palces without having to make a 3 hour trek to the beach.
After we found the condo we wanted, Amy did a great job it helping us finalize the purchase. She helped us negotiate the price to our liking, and made the process incredibly easy and stress free. Amy had a calm and reassuring demeanor which really helped us during some brief moments of stress.
